Call for Manuscripts – The Association of the United States Army (AUSA): Submissions must be unpublished (in print or online) and will be reviewed by an editorial board and selected for publication based on overall quality, scholarship and significance of the subject matter. Membership in AUSA, while always encouraged, is not a requirement for participation. submitted via e-mail to Nzinga A. Curry, Director, Education & Programs, at ncurry@ausa.org.

Land Warfare Papers: This program is an outlet for research on defense and national security issues that will serve to inform and influence opinion on defense matters. Participation is not limited to AUSA members or servicemembers. Submissions should be in the range of 5,000 to 10,000 words and any accompanying graphics must be reproducible in black and white. A one-page synopsis of the paper and a brief biography of the author must accompany the manuscript.  Papers are reviewed by an editorial board for overall quality, scholarship and the significance of the subject matter.

Landpower Essays: This series is designed to provide an outlet for original, unpublished essays on topics that will stimulate professional discussion and further public understanding of the landpower aspects of national security. Essays should not exceed 5,000 words. Examples of these papers can be found HERE.
